From teen heart throb to train wreck Chris Brown as of lately is completely out of control. The biggest scandal in this talented young man's career is the present tattoo he has of a battered woman on his neck. Ok Mr. Brown question for you why on earth would you even have a tattoo that looks like an illustration from an eight year old child and you have the funds to even get something spectacular?
We can't say too much to why Chris is acting out , but what we can say is it can damage his image severely.
