Hair: Define who you are

Great healthy hair is like the most important thing about your life. Everyone wants that healthy salon look but we tend to neglect our hair.
Here are some of my tips to having healthy hair.

Step one: Take care of the inside. What you put in is what you get on the outside. Start taking Fish Oil omega 3 vitamins, vitamin e and also a great all in one vitamin .
Step two: Start incorporating more fruits and veggies in your life. Salads are the thing. Make sure you eat a colorful salad at least 3 times a week whether it's fruit or vegetables.
Step three: Water is not a sometime thing. You must drink water . I know sodas are  the thing but water is needed.


Hair Care 411
1 Washing your hair too often can damage it more than helping it. You are taking the oils from your hair.
2. Stop loading your hair with so much products . Know that your hair can take so much. Use products that are recommended by a certified beautician.
3. Flat ironing is not an everyday thing. Stop frying your hair too much of something is not the best thing.
4. Stick to a certain style for a while and allow your hair to grow. Stop switching so much when you do you are throwing off your hair pattern and it can put your hair in shock.
