Everyone loves a buttery tasting cupcake or a delicious vanilla dipped strawberry from time to time but sometimes we can not find the right catering service who can deliver. We see all the photos on the website and fall in love at first sight but never on first bite. We had the extreme pleasure of Interviewing Big Londa's kitchen this past weekend in Miami Florida.
Story of Big Londa's Kitchen
Londa used to work as a caterer for a big catering company in Miami and one day she decided to go on her own. She is an experienced chef for over 15 years and can slay a cake or two as you can tell. We love her courage to venture out on her own and believe me one taste from her flavorful dishes will have you scheduling your next event catered by her.

I just follow my passion to create . I love to make people happy as much as I can through my presentation.

Was it hard for you to leave the catering company and go on your own?

Extremely hard but I keep telling myself that I can do all things if I believe .
