I wanted to share my tips in achieving an awesome at home Manicure Pedicure.
You will need the following items listed below
1. A small clear round dish where you can use this to soak your fingernails.
2. A foot basin or Foot tub preferably the small foot tub you can easily buy at Cvs and Walgreens.
3. Almond Oil
4. Peppermint foot cooling spray
5. Cuticle remover
6. fingernail clipper
7. toenail clipper
8. Clear polish
9. your favorite nail polish
10. Rapid dry nail polish spray
11. A six sided emery board
12. cuticle remover utensils
13. Lavender and Lotus Blossom bath salt
Step 1: Manicure
Use your clear bowl and fill the bowl up with lukewarm water. Then in the cuticle area of your nail bed coat your cuticles with the cuticle remover. Next place your fingernails in the bowl for your nails to soak for about 10 to 12 minutes. Once soaked remove the access off with a cuticle remover utensil but keep in mind you do not wish to cut too much off for it will stunt the growth of your nail bed.
Now since the cuticles are now groomed it is time to shape your nails with a nice emery board. I would prefer a six sided emery board. Why I would use this board is because it has all the filing, smoothing, shaping, buffing, and polish shine all on one board.
After shaping your nails polish them with a clear coat. This clear coat will prevent your nails from having a yellow film . Some polishes are old and you are not aware until it's too late and you remove the nail polish. This way the clear coat will prevent any hidden secrets to any nail polish you pick up off the shelf.
Polish your nails with your favorite nail color and pray the rapid drying spray to get a quick dry and in five minutes you will have a beautiful manicure.
Step 2: Pedicure
You will do the same similar steps as the manicure but add more to it. In the foot basin you will have to put Almond Oil and Lavender and Lotus Blossom bath salt in lukewarm water. Make sure before placing your feet in the water you coat your cuticles with cuticle remover. Repeat all the shaping steps as you did in the manicure in step one and once the feet are dried and polished lightly spray the Peppermint Cooling Spray .
I hope this helps:) Happy Mani Pedi!
Toodles for now,
xoxo
